Nasdaq Dubai

Nasdaq Dubai1 is the DIFC's international stock exchange — a DFSA-regulated Authorised Market Institution that hosts listings across equity, fixed income, and sukuk. It has grown into the region's leading sukuk listing venue, with over USD 100 billion1 in sukuk outstanding, and provides issuers with a common-law listing environment that bridges MEASA capital to global investors.

Market Segments

Nasdaq Dubai lists equities, corporate and sovereign bonds, sukuk, REITs, derivatives, and exchange-traded funds. Issuers benefit from dual-listing pathways to the London Stock Exchange, the SIX Swiss Exchange, and other international venues.

Regulation

All issuers and listed securities on Nasdaq Dubai are subject to the DFSA Markets Rules2, including disclosure, market-abuse, prospectus, and continuing-obligation rules. Nasdaq Dubai itself is an Authorised Market Institution authorised by the DFSA.
